The Heartland Continuum of Care (HCoC) and community partners (including MERCY Communities) have worked with consulting groups Homebase and LathanHarris, Inc. to undertake a community-wide strategic planning process to address homelessness across Springfield and Sangamon County and we are in full support of this plan.
