MERCY Communities is pleased to announce the election
of Bob Hall as President of its Board of Directors, effective following the
organization’s Annual Board Meeting in June 2025.
MERCY Communities is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing
housing, support, and comprehensive services to homeless and at-risk
families. Through education, counseling, and life skills training, MERCY
empowers parents to break the cycle of homelessness and build a stable
future for their families.
Hall brings over two decades of dedicated service to the MERCY board,
having held numerous leadership roles throughout his tenure. His
professional background includes work as a special education teacher, public
defender, attorney, and associate judge.
"Bob is an incredibly engaged and hands-on board member," said Amy Voils,
Executive Director of MERCY Communities. "Each year, he personally
coordinates seasonal activities and donations such as Halloween treat bags,
Easter baskets for the children, potted flowers for moms on Mother’s Day, and
community carnivals and fundraisers that bring joy to the families we serve."
